Homemade Spaghetti Sauce & Meatball recipe
After many years of just buying store bought sauce and meatballs, I experimented making my own and now I will never go back to store bought lol.
Yes it is a labor of love but I hope my recipe cuts some corners for you so it puts dinner on the table with a from scratch feel 🥰.
Spaghetti Sauce
2 large Cans of crushed tomatoes
1tbs Sea salt
1tsp Pepper
1tbs Garlic Powder
1tbs Onion Powder
1tbs Italian Seasoning
A dash of chili powder
Directions:
Add your crushed tomatoes into a warm skillet. Add in all your seasonings and let simmer for 5-8 min. Taste and add more depending on your taste buds.

Homemade Meatballs:
1lb Ground Beef
1lb Italian sausage
2tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp oregano
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley (I didn’t have any fresh so I used dried parsley)
1/4 cup ricotta
2tbs minced garlic
2 eggs
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs (I used Panko)
1/2 diced onion
Preheat oven to 375* for smaller meatballs or 400* for larger
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. I did 15 huge meatballs & cooked for 40 min. If you make them smaller, cook time will be shorter.
