Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins with a Brown Sugar Topping

These muffins are simply delicious and a Starbucks dupe if I say so myself!

Make this muffins for an easy dessert or serve with coffee and enjoy any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour

  2. 3/4 cup sugar

  3. 1tsp baking powder

  4. 1tsp baking soda

  5. 1tsp cinnamon

  6. 1tsp nutmeg

  7. 1 15oz can of Pumpkin purée

  8. 1 egg

  9. 1/4 cup melted butter

  10. 1tsp vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • Half block of room temperature cream cheese

  • 3tbsp Sugar

  • 1tsp flour

  • 1tsp milk and vanilla extract

Crumble Topping:

  • 3 tbsp of Flour

  • 4tsp brown sugar

  • 1tbsp meted butter

Directions:

  • Mix together wet ingredients and fold in dry ingredients.

  • Place into muffin pan and tops with crumble topping

  • Bake at 350* for 20min
