Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins with a Brown Sugar Topping
These muffins are simply delicious and a Starbucks dupe if I say so myself!
Make this muffins for an easy dessert or serve with coffee and enjoy any time of the day.
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
1 15oz can of Pumpkin purée
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Filling:
Half block of room temperature cream cheese
3tbsp Sugar
1tsp flour
1tsp milk and vanilla extract
Crumble Topping:
3 tbsp of Flour
4tsp brown sugar
1tbsp meted butter
Directions:
Mix together wet ingredients and fold in dry ingredients.
Place into muffin pan and tops with crumble topping
Bake at 350* for 20min
